Catherine is passionate about the work she does with clients in support of their DE&I agenda, having worked to overcome prejudices in her career, particularly when becoming a mother in 2009. This has fuelled her drive and ambition and is part of the reason she is delighted to become the Commercial Director, supporting the UK sales team at Armstrong Craven. Catherine joined Armstrong Craven in 2017 and has over 20 years of experience in the talent acquisition space, focusing predominantly within the Industrial and Consumer sector. Catherine is BSc Hons in Economics and Business Economics. She has responsible for identifying and growing our Global Industrial client base, developing a number of key accounts across US, LATAM, EMEA and APAC. Over the last 5 years Catherine has worked with clients to create solutions that help solve talent challenges whilst enabling clients to achieve their strategic goals.
