Lara manages an experienced team who specialise in the delivery of diverse projects, focussed on global executive search, talent planning and insight projects across functions with a focus on pharma, biotech, medical technology, devices and diagnostics. Prior to Armstrong Craven, Lara gained over 15 years’ experience of managing operations in an RPO environment for numerous organisations in multiple sectors, including pharmaceuticals. Lara has developed large teams and successfully led multiple projects globally. Lara graduated from the University of Manchester in History.
