Olivia is Regional President for our International region, which covers the Americas and EMEA. She is based in our Geneva office and is our SECO licence holder. She manages a team of specialized and highly skilled Client Partners based in the US and Europe, whose focus spans Lifesciences, Financial Services, Technology, Consumer and Industrial sectors. Olivia began her career with Armstrong Craven in 2010 and is a member of our Global Operating Board, having joined the leadership team in 2017. She has over 15 years’ experience in supporting global clients with innovative and high value-add talent solutions and has deep expertise in managing global relationships on both sides of the Atlantic. Prior to joining the talent world, Olivia worked in the lifesciences sector in marketing for a Swiss-based medical devices business. She has a Joint Hons European BA in pharmaceutical marketing and international business management, is French national and fluent in English.
